The staff went above and beyond my expectations with the booking. Traveled to Waco from Georgia and along the way of course there were many stops. Eventually getting into Texas, there was alot of traffic, and roadwork at about 12 am which is insane to me. The staff ensured we were already checked in before we even arrived to ensure our room was secured. 10/10, will stay here next year when I return!

Extremely close to work and the staff, mainly GiGi, was providing above and beyond service! She was the friendliest, most insightful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was more than willing to help me find a room even when they were full and couldn’t extend my stay. She quoted me prices and informed me that I had options. I would give the hotel 5 stars simply because of her!

Gigi was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed my entire stay. She always said hello everyday and was always greeting other guests daily. She was always doing her job. She is a ROCKSTAR EMPLOYEE! I also heard multiple other guests say she was the best they ever had! AND She IS the best Extended Stay has!

Breakfast was acceptable. Room was very nice with kitchen add on. Gigi was very helpful in relaying information to me as I have never stayed at one of your facilities before this week. Overall, this facility is very nice. In addition, Gigi and the support staff is quite wonderful and gave me every item I needed to feel at home.
